Sheet Pan Fruit Pizza

If I could do anything in my power to convince you to make this amazing Fruit Pizza, I would do it my friends. Not only is it stunning to look at…not only will it produce many servings to fee…
Ingredients:
SUGAR COOKIE CRUST:
- 1 C butter, softened
 - 1 3/4 C sugar
 - 2 eggs
 - 2 tsp vanilla
 - 2 3/4 C flour
 - 1/2 tsp baking powder
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 
FROSTING:
- 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
 - 8 Tb butter, softened
 - 1 tsp vanilla
 - 2 C powdered sugar
 - milk as needed
 
FRUIT:
strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, kiwi
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
 - Into your stand mixer place the butter and sugar. Cream together for 2-3 minutes.
 - Add the eggs and vanilla and beat for an additional 2-3 minutes or until light and fluffy.
 - In a separate bowl toss together the flour, baking powder and salt. Add these dry ingredients to the creamed mixture. Mix until combined.
 - Spray a large sheet pan (mine is 11x16) with cooking spray and carefully press the dough into the pan. The dough is kind of sticky, so be aware. I ended up spraying my hands with cooking spray and using them to press the dough into the pan.
