A quick keto microwave bread that is perfect for keto snacks or keto breakfast ideas.

90-Second Keto Mug Bread


Ingredients
1 large egg
1 tbsp melted butter salted
1 tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp flaxseed meal
¼ tsp salt
Instructions
In regular coffee mug, whisk together butter, egg and heavy cream.
Add remaining ingredients, mixing slowly with fork till all is combined.
Microwave for 90 seconds.
Remove from mug using butter knife to slide around edges. Optional: slice bread and toast.
